NixonLoftWorks debuted in autumn 2019 with a photography show by George Nicholson, “Windows,” which saw windows as portals into the souls of Hudson Valley buildings young and old, rich and poor. Then we presented paintings by Al Desetta based upon old family photographs that went beyond these realistic snapshots to explore the deeply mixed feelings of memory.

Then winter. Then the pandemic. Then we moved out of the loft. But the work continues. Here we are, ready to shape our corner of the future.
